BOOKING NOTES
1. The Cottage is available from 3pm and we should be grateful if you could arrive after then. Cottage to be vacated before 10am at the end of your stay please, for our cleaners!
2. We care for the cottage so please leave it clean on departure!
3. The accommodation is only for the persons whose names appear on the booking details.
4. Regretfully we are unable to accommodate pets.
5. We are a non-smoking establishment.
6. The owners cannot accept responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for loss of, or damage to, vehicles or effects brought on to the property by visitors.
7. All reservations will be acknowledged in writing or by e-mail.
8. The owner reserves the right to enter the house at any reasonable time for inspection, repairs, etc.
9 Fuel charges are fully inclusive. There are no extra charges for oil or electricity.
10.The owners reserve the right to charge for breakages, loss or damage. Tenants should report any deficiency which they notice on arrival, and any which occur during their visit.
11. Cancellation: a refund after the balance has been paid will only be returned if the cottage is relet. The deposit is non-refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible.
FACILITIES
Woodpecker cottage has: downstairs bathroom with bath and shower combined, basin & WC, oil fired central heating, electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, glassware, washing machine, colour television, radio, dvd player, barbecue and garden furniture. There is a centrally heated games room in the cottage annexe which can double as a good sized drying room. A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request.
Wi-Fi - Available in the Cottage
Linen
We supply bath, hand and tea towels, duvets and linen for beds. Linen and duvet is not provided for travel cot.
Car Parking
Easy on-street parking.
Shopping
Ample shopping facilities in Wigtown one mile away. The Wigtown co-op is open 7 days a week 8am through 10pm.
Heating and Fuel
The cottage is centrally heated. Electricity and central heating are free of charge.
